Current reigning Miss Eco International Alexie Brooks continues to fulfill her pageant duties as she is currently overseas as part of the judges of a North American beauty pageant.
In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, Alexie uploaded multiple photos of her in Orlando, Florida after completing the orientation for the Miss Eco North America pageant. In the caption to the post, she wrote that she loved meeting all of the beautiful candidates and that she can't wait to connect with them during the closed-door interviews.
Alexie is in the United States as part of the judges for the Miss Eco North America, which will pick a representative for the 2026 Miss Eco International pageant. The 2026 Miss Eco International finals is set to happen on May 13 to May 24 at the Helnan Antoniades Palace Hotel in Alexandria, Egypt.
Alexie's time as a pageant judge is just one of the things that she has been involved in since becoming Miss Eco International. Back in November last year, she experienced a “full circle moment” when she participated in the CDSA (Congressional District Sports Association) Sports Meet of the 2nd District of Iloilo. Alexie was the key speaker at an event she described as one “filled with passion, young dreams, and the spirit of true sportsmanship.”
In the caption to the post, Alexie also shared what made the event even more special. The event was held at San Miguel, Iloilo which was where she won her first congressional gold medal 10 years ago. According to Alexie, she stood there not as a young athlete, but as “Miss Eco International 2025 and a former national athlete—proof that dreams evolve but dedication remains the same.”
Alexie also wrote that sports is “not just a competition,” but also aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting good health and well-being, quality education, equality, empowerment, and strong, united communities.
The month before that, Alexie uploaded a Reel of her walking the runway for the Bangsa Sug Fashion Show held in Jolo, Sulu. Alexie wore a sustainable outfit made by designer Maverick Francisco Oyao that turns into a bag, a jacket, and a reversible outfit. Aside from being sustainable and functional, the outfit also features “Pis Syabit stripes, radiant tropical hues, and motifs of abundance.”

Back in July, Alexie took part in a mangrove planting and coastal clean-up event organized at the Katunggan Eco Park in Iloilo.
In the caption to her Instagram post, Alexie described the eco park as a successful mangrove reversion project that ties directly with three different United Nations Sustainable Development Goals -- SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), and SDG 15 (Life on Land). Alexie also described it as a “local initiative with a global impact.”
