Maureen Montagne after recovering from the contagious disease: “I'm happy to be negative and healthy!”

Maureen Montagne recently announced that she has finally recovered from COVID-19.

The Miss Globe 2021 titleholder shared the great news through a social media post, where she uploaded a series of photos showing her trip to the Van Gogh Immersive Exhibit in Scottsdale, Arizona.

She captioned her Instagram post, “After a strict [two-week] self-isolation quarantine, it's so good to experience the outside world again! I'm happy to be negative and healthy.”

“I had a blast checking out the new immersive Van Gogh Exhibit. If you're in Arizona, I highly recommend checking it out!” she continued.

In the comments section, Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold expressed her happiness for her fellow beauty queen through the words, “Miss you Mau, but so happy to see you out and about with the family.”

On January 8, the Batangueña beauty revealed that she had tested positive for COVID-19 but said that her symptoms weren't too bad.

In her post, Maureen hoped for everyone's safety during these challenging times and encouraged the public to continuously follow health protocols and to wear a face mask.
