Miss Grand Philippines

Applicants who pass this year's screening will follow in the footsteps of Miss Grand International first runner-up CJ Opiaza

Pageant season truly is in full swing as another local pageant has announced that it is now opening its doors to new applicants.

In one of the more recent posts on its social media account, the Miss Grand Philippines organization announced that interested delegates can now apply for a spot in this year's Miss Grand Philippines pageant. In the caption to the post, the organization wrote that they were open to “seasoned” pageant veterans and first-time applicants as well.

Successful applicants will be following in the footsteps of Miss Grand International first runner-up CJ Opiaza, with India's Rachel Gupta winning the crown.

CJ received a grand homecoming in December last year at the SM Mall of Asia. In the caption to the post, the organization called on pageant fans to give CJ “the homecoming she deserves--full of cheers, pride, and unforgettable memories.”
