Pia Wurtzbach's reign as Miss Universe has already ended, but her legacy lives on.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram by reigning Miss International Kylie Verzosa to her fellow queen, she pointed out that Pia was a major source of inspiration for her.
Kylie posted, “Pia, I love you! You've inspired me so much! Di mo lang alam how much. Your shoes are going to be hard to fill. Thank you for inspiring us all! Universe na! #Missuniverse #Philippines #BInibiningPilipinas2015throwback”
Kylie is the 6th Pinay to take home the Miss International crown, while Pia Wurtzbach is the 3rd Filipina crowned as Miss Universe ending the county’s 42-year drought in the prestigious beauty pageant.
