They might be competitors during the Miss Universe 2024 pageant, but Tatiana Calmell of Peru has built a strong bond with our Filipina representative Chelsea Manalo.

After the coronation night in Mexico held last weekend, the two got a special surprise after it was announced that Chelsea will be the first ever Miss Universe Asia, while Tatiana will be serving as Miss Universe Americas.

Meanwhile, Victoria Kjaer Theilvig of Denmark was hailed as the newest Miss Universe.

Miss Peru took to Instagram to pen an appreciation post for Chelsea describing her as one of the “sweetest girl” she has met.

Tatiana wrote, “Sisterhood for life. @manalochelsea my roomie, my sis!!!!!!! I couldn't ask for a better partner through this journey, the sweetest girl ever always with a smile on her face!”

“Thank you sis for always staying positive and true to yourself! As we said at the start.. we will be together till the end, now as Miss Universe Asia and Americas. Can't wait for our time in Filipinas soon! See you soon then Chels!!!!!”

Chelsea replied to Tatiana's sweet post, “Can't wait to visit each other countries. Till the end ate, ti amo mucho!”
