Miss Supranational

The Philippines will be represented in the 2025 Miss Supranational pageant by Tarah Valencia.

Pageant fans and followers need to clear their calendars as one of the world's international pageants has announced its staging date and venues on social media.

In one of the more recent posts on its Instagram account, the Miss Supranational Organization announced that it would be holding the “2025 Experience” from June 9 to June 28 in Malopolska, Poland. The organization said that more than 70 “aspirational, inspirational women will gather to compete to become the 16th Miss Supranational Brand Ambassador.”

Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, president of the Miss Supranational Organization, expressed his delight at returning to Poland in the caption of the post.

“I am delighted to return to the region that has been welcoming us with open arms for the past 4 years. We look forward to showcasing the beauty, culture and vibrant soul of Malopolska as the candidates form new friendships during what we hope will be their most memorable summer ever,” he said.

The Philippines will be represented this year by Miss Supranational Philippines Tarah Valencia, who was picked during the coronation night in May last year that also saw Chelsea Manalo take the Miss Universe Philippines gown.

Tarah will seek to outperform last year's representative, Miss Supranational Asia & Oceania Alethea Ambrosio. During her run in the pageant, Alethea was one of the top 10 queens on the Supra fan vote leaderboard and was also a semi-finalist for the Miss Supranational Supramodel of the Year challenge.

The last time that the Philippines won the Miss Supranational crown was back in 2013 with Mutya Datul. Since then, the closest that the country has been to winning the crown was during Pauline Amelinckx' 2023 Miss Supranational run, where she ended up first runner-up.
