15-year-old Zhyra Cifra received the gift from the beauty queen yesterday and is set to wear it to her upcoming prom.
Her mom, single parent Issay Gallano noted how Miss Bulgaria has ‘a beautiful heart’. She also posted a photo with the 21-year-old European Studies student who wishes to be the first woman president of her country.
