It's still a couple of months before she heads to India, but Miss World Philippines Krishnah Gravidez has already confessed a connection to the host country of this year's Miss World pageant.
In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, Krishnah Gravidez posted multiple photos of her wearing the Miss World Philippines crown long with a lengthy caption talking about her connection with India. In the caption, she wrote about the warmth of its people, their love and support, and their kindness. She also wrote in the caption that the Miss World pageant has given her a chance to meet them in person and immerse in their incredible culture.

Krishnah's post comes after the Miss World organization announced that this year's coronation night will be held in Telangana, India from May 7th to 31st. On its official Instagram account, the Miss World Philippines organization uploaded a Reel showing the announcement and a caption calling Telangana, India as a land where “heritage meets innovation and beauty is celebrated in every form.”
Even before the venue announcement, Krishnah has been busy with her advocacies, such as taking part in the Panagbenga Festival's Session Road in Bloom. The Colors of Kindness booth at the event will be the first charity-driven one and will be open from February 24 to March 2 and 100 percent of its proceeds would directly support daycare centers in Baguio City.
The daycare centers benefiting from the booth are the same ones that Krishnah previously visited and documented on her Instagram account. Krishnah has also called for donations and financial help for the daycare centers. Donations sent will be used to acquire educational toys, books, bookshelves, tables, mini chairs, and whiteboards. The centers are also in need of refrigerators for supplemental feeding as well as paint to repaint the facilities.
Krishnah also took part in Pawchella, a benefit concert organized by NGO Pawssion Project.
