Kapuso leading lady Solenn Heussaff is sending out her love for celebrity twin Rachel Peters who is the country’s representative in the 2017 Miss Universe pageant to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 26 (US time).

Many netizens notice that the Camarines Sur beauty queen has a striking resemblance to the Filipina-French actress.

In fact, Solenn wished Rachel Peters the best of luck in the competition via her Instagram (IG) and Twitter post.

Meanwhile, Rachel took to IG to thank the Filipino community in Las Vegas for their fervent support.
