Mister Eco International

The first-ever male edition of the Eco International pageant will be hosted by the Philippines.

Aspiring male beauty pageant competitors still have time to compete in the first-ever male edition of the Eco International pageant.

In one of the more recent posts on the official Instagram account of the Mister Eco international pageant, the organization continued its call for applicants, sharing contact details where aspiring competitors can inquire about the competition. The post also highlighted the Philippines' role as the host of the pageant's first-ever male edition.

The Philippines will be be represented in the pageant by Kitt Cortez, who won the right to represent the country back in April as one of the winners of the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide pageant.

Kitt's fellow winners include Kenneth Cabungcal, who was fourth runner-up in the 2025 Mister Supranational pageant and Kirk Bondad, the current reigning Mister International.

Also part of the Mister Pilipinas Worldwide winners were Jether Palomo, who is the current reigning Mister Pilipinas Global, Raven Lansangan as the current reigning Mister Pilipinas Manhunt International, Michael Angelo Toledo as the current reigning Man of the Year Philippines, and Kenneth Marcelino as the current reigning Mister Cosmopolitan Philippines.

The Philippines hosting the first-ever Mister Eco International pageant also comes after the win of Alexie Brooks at the 2025 Miss Eco International pageant. Alexie has been busy since her win, just recently experiencing a “full circle moment” at the CDSA (Congressional District Sports Association) Sports Meet of the 2nd District of Iloilo, where she was the key speaker at an event she described as one “filled with passion, young dreams, and the spirit of true sportsmanship.”

Alexie has also been busy with advocacy work, taking part in a mangrove planting and coastal clean-up event organized at the Katunggan Eco Park in Iloilo.

In the caption to the post, Alexie described the eco park as a successful mangrove reversion project that ties directly with three different United Nations Sustainable Development Goals -- SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), and SDG 15 (Life on Land). Alexie also described it as a “local initiative with a global impact.”
