Metro Manila Film Festival has released the first four movies that are included in the 'Magic 8' for its 2020 season.
The Metro Manila Film Festival has announced the first 4 official entries for the 2020 season.
The movie of Prima Donnas stars Miggs Cuaderno and Elijah Alejo, Magikland, made the cut.
Magikland was produced by the late director Peque Gallaga, and Lore Reyes under their production company Gallaga Reyes Films.
The movie adaptation of Bob Ong's book, Ang Mga Kaibigan ni Mama Susan; and Praybeyt Benjamin 3 were also included in the list.
Summing up the first four entries is Toni and Alex Gonzaga-starrer film The Exorcism of my Siszums, directed by Fifth Solomon.
The first four films are based on the script submitted.
The MMFF will announce the other 4 entries on a later date to complete the "Magic 8."
