After successfully making its mark as the country’s leading news channel, GMA News TV is set to prove that it offers more than top notch news programs and award-winning documentaries.
Beginning Monday, June 11, GMA News TV gives viewers fresh, fun, and intelligent conversation for – and by – mommies via its newest weekday primetime offering, MARS!
GMA AVP for Entertainment TV Gigi S. Lara shares, “We are hoping to reach out to more viewers with MARS. It’s more than a mommy show, it’s all about using fun and creative ways of sharing opinions and experiences, and even talking about controversial topics that you’ve always wanted to discuss but never had anyone to talk to about.”
Soon to become local television’s go-to show for all mommy concerns, MARS is hosted by celebrity moms Suzi Entrata-Abrera and Camille Prats.
MARS Program Manager Cecille de Guzman says, “Camille and Suzi are both modern, young moms, but they have very different backgrounds and life experiences. They are very engaging people, and are naturally curious. We think that their combination, and those of our guests, will bring an interesting mix of views and opinions that our viewers will enjoy.”
Joining Suzi and Camille are other celebrity mommies who will serve as guest host to further spice up the program.
With MARS, viewers can expect a regular serving of the hippest and hottest mommy trends and other fun and exciting activities for mommies. MARS will also feature inspirational stories from celebrity and regular mommies, a glimpse into celebrity homes, and some practical tips during mommy emergencies.
MARS airs beginning June 11, Monday to Friday, 6pm on GMA News TV.
