MONSTA X reminisced about past love in "ONE DAY."
MONSTA X returns with a brand new single!
On September 10, MONSTA X released the music video for the new English single "ONE DAY."
"ONE DAY" is described as an upbeat yet pensive track that shows a different side of MONSTA X. The song depicts a heartbroken guy who reminisces about his past love.
"Our Korean albums are very energetic and powerful, and 'ONE DAY' shows a different side to MONSTA X," I.M shared in an interview.
"We pretended to be a heartbroken person and we concentrated on the mood of the song," he added.
MONSTA X made a comeback last June with the mini album 'One of a Kind,' which featured the title track "GAMBLER."
Last July, the group also released a digital single titled "Kiss or Death" on the K-pop app Universe. The single was also Shownu's last participation in the group's music releases before enlisting in the military.
Monbebe, MONSTA X's official fandom, expressed their love and support for the new single on Twitter.
