Singer Morissette Amon and her fiancé, Dave Lamar, are officially husband and wife!
Along with a romantic couple photo that was taken during their wedding day, Morissette revealed that she and her significant other have been married for months now.
She captioned her Instagram post, “We are so happy to finally [and] officially announce that WE ARE MARRIED! It was so hard trying to keep this secret for the past several months, but we're finally free! What a ride it's been, @davejlamar!!! To the stars and moon, I love you, my husband!
“Thank you for being my True North through it all, holding my hand as we journey through this life together, and I can't wait to keep going up and away and experience it all with you!”
In a separate social media post, Dave expressed his utmost happiness and excitement to spend the rest of his life with his now-wife.
“The journey has been incredible. I am so overwhelmed and blessed that God lead me to my true north, my best friend, and now my wife! I love you, @itsmorissette. So excited to spend the rest of our lives together!” he wrote in his post.
The couple tied the knot in a beautiful outdoor wedding at The Old Grove Farmstead in Lipa, Batangas.
In December 2020, Morissette announced on social media that she and her partner had already been engaged “for the past couple of months” and flaunted her gorgeous engagement ring.
Prior to becoming a couple, Morissette and Dave were contestants in a singing competition.
