I'm a longtime fan of Dolphy. Minsan lang kaming nagkasama sa screen; as guest sa “Home Along Da Riles” nu'ng rapper pa 'ko atsaka nu'ng in-interview ko s'ya sa Eat Bulaga (Happy 40th!) sa promo ng “Dobol Trobol”. Pangarap ko talagang makasama s'ya sa project and write a script for him. Sabi ko kahit walang bayad basta maka-trabaho ko lang s'ya! Unfortunately it wasn't meant to be. Kaya nu'ng sinusulat ko 'yung #FamilyHistory sabi ko sa sarili ko: “Dapat maiparamdam ko sa audience 'yung nararamdaman ko everytime I watch a Dolphy movie”. 'Yung patatawin ka tapos biglang e-esquala 'yung emotion mo and before you know it, umiiyak ka na. That was the inspiration for some parts ng #FamilyHistoryMovie which a lot of people reacted to. I recently posted a poll sa Twitter regarding this. I hope you get to participate. It will really help a lot when I prepare for the next possible project. Again, maraming salamat sa lahat ng nanood ng FAMILY HISTORY. Still showing sa mga cinemas nationwide kung hindi n'yo pa napapanood or kung gusto n'yong ulitin. P.S. Jessica wrote, “Kung naghahanap kayo ng pelikulang magbibigay sa inyo ng roller coaster of emotions, ito 'yun (46 times pa)! Sugod na sa sinehan, mga Kapuso! ”
