So how did Aubrey lose all the excess weight?

She denied that it was genetics that gave her her slim physique. She said, “I thought I’ll be forever skinny until I met pregnancy haha. I think where I am and how I look now, it’s all because of my hard work.”

Aubrey did a lot of research, sought advice and tried different ways to get rid of her excess weight with the help of diet and technology until she found the best practice for her. This included eating healthy, using a food diary, working out, consulting a doctor and a nutritionist, and drinking lots of water.

She admitted it took her a year to recover but she also noted the importance of time, effort and consistency.

She explained, “Time to eat healthy, time to workout, time to rest your body. Effort to choose the right food at home and when you eat out. Effort to workout, choose an activity that suits your schedule, invest in workout clothes. Consistency. Yes you have time and effort but you’re not consistent. Everything will just go to waste. Staying healthy should be a lifestyle.”
