Kapuso actor Ken Chan shares his 'Keni' Baked Sushi recipe on 'Mars Pa More.'

Among the trending foods during the quarantine period is sushi bake or baked sushi. There are several variations of it, including the kani baked sushi, which contains kani that is also known as crab sticks or imitation crab meat.

In a recent episode of Mars Pa More, Kapuso actor Ken Chan shared his own take on the kani baked sushi, which he called 'Keni' Baked Sushi.

If you want to try Ken's recipe at home, here are the ingredients you'll need:

Kani/crab sticks
White onions
Mayonnaise
1 tsp. wasabi
2 eggs
3 cups of cooked rice
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
½ tablespoon white sugar
Pinch of salt
Nori (seaweed)
Oil
