Sparkle drama actress Nadine Samonte was emotional after seeing the devastation caused by the 6.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Bogo City, Cebu, which was also felt across Cebu Province.
The StarStruck season one avenger even took to her Instagram Story to pray for everyone affected by the destructive earthquake.
She wrote, “Nakakadurog ng Puso. Praying for Cebu.” The former Forever Young star also added, “Lord tulungan n'yo po silang makabangon agad and please tama na po.”

In a report by GMA News Online citing data from the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS), some 4,161 aftershocks happened from September 30 to October 3 (as of 12 noon).
Meanwhile, at least 68 people (as of the 6 a.m. report on October 3) died according to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
