Heads up, pageant and K-pop fans!
The Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Coronation Night happening on May 13 just got bigger after it was announced that K-pop idol Nam Woo-hyun will be performing in the event.
Woo-hyun debuted in June 2010 as a member of the group INFINITE and started his solo career in 2016. In a report by Soompi last March 20, the singer just signed with his new agency Jflex Entertainment.
The K-pop idol is the first performer that was revealed by the MIss Universe Philippines organization. In 2022, local artists Bamboo and Sam Concepcion performed during the pageant's coronation night.
Meanwhile, this year's Miss Universe Philippines competition is going to be an exciting one with several strong contenders.
According to pageant fans, some of the ladies who have a big chance to take home the crown include Pauline Amelinckx, Mary Angelique Manto, and Sparkle star Michelle Dee to name a few.
