Namtan Tipnaree and Film Rachanun, popularly known as NamtanFilm, are two of the fastest-rising stars in the Thai GL (girls love) industry today after the debut of their first GL series, Pluto, in 2024.

Today, they are booked and busy with events, endorsements, and fan meetings, which include a stop in the Philippines.

They recently held their first fan meeting in the Philippines on July 18 at the U.P. Theater at the University of the Philippines -- Diliman.

Before they waved hello to Filipino Lunars, NamtanFilm joined the Philippine media for a press conference where they spoke up about the pressure of being one of the top GL pairings today.

According to Namtan and Film, they do not feel pressured about the known fact.

“I don't feel pressured because I do everything out of my love for my career and acting,” Namtan told GMANetwork.com.

She added, “And I think, whatever it is that I do right now, I always try my best, so I don't have that pressure because I do it all out of love.”

Meanwhile, Film said she uses this “pressure” to motivate herself to work harder and better rather than let work consume her.

“Actually, I do not feel pressured about the work, I don't. But I feel pressured in a sense that I would like to do better,” Film explained. “I'll push myself to do better in whatever I do, so that would be the kind of pressure that I have, and not out of work.”

After their successful debut GL series, Namtan and Film are now preparing for their second project, Girl Rules, with fellow GL pairings and actresses MilkLove and ViewMim.
