Actress Nathalie Hart talked about her previous struggle with anorexia in a recent episode of Mars Pa More.
The daring actress was one of the celebrity guests in the said episode and they participated in a friendly debate, a new segment called "DebaMars."
One of the topics discussed was whether they agree with the saying "My Body, My Rules."
Nathalie and host Iya Villania was assigned to defend the "No" answer, while Mars Camille and actor Aaron Villaflor defended the "Yes" answer.
Since they were all assigned their teams, they had to defend the particular answer they were assigned to regardless if it contradicts their own true beliefs.

Iya said that we should also listen to what other people say about our bodies because most likely these people are only concerned for us.
“I think importante talaga na pakinggan natin kung ano'ng sasabihin ng mga ibang tao tungkol sa mga katawan natin because I feel that they're just looking out for us.
“And sometimes what they see is what we refuse to believe.
“So, if they can see na you're not looking healthy, then maybe you're not seeing that.
“So, maybe you should take a step back, look at what you're doing.
"Is what you're doing right? 'Ah ok, maybe I should be making a few adjustments in how I eat. Maybe I should be making a few adjustments in my workouts.'
“So, that's why I think it's important that we listen to what other people have to say.”
Nathalie, on the other hand, emphasized that sometimes we are unaware of the mistakes that we're committing. That's why sometimes we need other people to call us out on it.
“'Cause sometimes hindi naman natin nakikita 'yung pagkakamali natin.
“And it's easier for other people to just tell us what to do.”
This is when the StarStruck alumna recounted her past struggle with anorexia.
“There was a time na I was very anorexic at the time, and they told me na parang, 'O, why are you doing this to yourself?'
“And I'm like, “Oh, 'cause I think it looks pretty and things like that.
“Nung time na 'yon, I was very happy. It was my choice. Pero sinabi nila sa'kin na 'You have to stop this.'
“And then when I actually stopped it, I felt better na I was actually comfortable with my own skin, with my own body.
“So, sa 'kin importante na may--hindi naman may makikialam, 'no?--but they will comment.”
