Neri Miranda added a new property to her growing list of investments with the new condominium unit she bought for their second born, Cash Miranda.

In an Instagram post, Neri was all smiles as she posed inside the new unit with her husband, Chito Miranda, and 11-month-old Cash.

“Welcome to Cash's Condo,” she said.

According to Neri, the money Cash earned through his endorsements was used to buy the condo unit.

"Lahat ng kinita n'ya sa endorsements, dito ko nilalagay. Gusto ko habang lumalaki ang mga bata, nakikita nila 'yung mga pinagtrabahuan nila,” she explained.

The condo unit will also serve as Cash's first business, similar to their eldest Miggy's own unit.

"Eto rin ang magiging first negosyo ni Cash. Kagaya ni Kuya Miggy, ipapa-rent din namin to. Para mag generate ng income at mas makapag ipon pa sila. Ako mismo ang nagmamanage ng pera nila. Nilalagay ko sa investments at sa insurance,” she said.

Neri noted that the unit is still being paid, ”Hinuhulugan ko pa rin to. Kapag wala pang pumapasok na endorsement kay Cash, ako muna ang nagbabayad monthly. Yung kay Kuya Miggy, tapos na naming bayaran. Nakaraos din after ilang years, hehe!”

Neri is known for advocating investing and smart handling of finances, which she usually shares under her #WaisNaMisis tag.

She has also launched several successful businesses in the past, along with her growing property investments.

"At kapag maiintindihan na nila ang importance ng saving their money, mas maaappreciate nila ang ginagawa namin ng Dad nila. Para kahit bata palang sana, maging wais na sila sa buhay,” she continued.

Neri excitedly concluded her post with, “Sino kaya ang unang magiging lessee ni Cash? Basta ingatan n'yo ha?”
