Mother's Day became a lot more meaningful for couple Chito Miranda and Neri Naig, after they confirmed that they are expecting their second child.
It was indeed a happy Mother's Day celebration for actress-turned-entrepreneur Neri Naig, after she announced yesterday, May 9, that she is pregnant!
On Instagram, Neri uploaded a photo of her on a beach showing off her baby bump. She simply captioned it with, “Happy Mother's Day ❤ See you soon, our bunso.”
Meanwhile, Chito Miranda also shared his funny version of the baby announcement copying his wife's pose on the beach.
He wrote on Instagram, “Happy Mothers' Day!!
“Busog lang ako.
“Si Neri, magiging mommy na ulit.
...and again, "walaaaaang tulugaaaan!!!"
“Pero sa totoo, excited na excited na ko hehe!
“(yung feel na feel nila mag-kodakan, tapos nanggugulo ka sa likod.)”
The Miranda couple received greetings from friends and colleagues in showbiz for this unexpected news.
Some of those who sent their well-wishes include Iya Villania, Carla Abellana, and Hale vocalist Champ Lui Pio to name a few.
Neri gave birth to her first child with the OPM icon in November 2016 named Alfonso.
