Michelle Dee hasn't made any overt announcements about joining the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 pageant, but netizens sure do want her to be part of the competitors in this year's pageant.

On her most recent Instagram post, Michelle shared a video of her working out, mentioning in the captions that one should “strive for progress and never perfection.” But rather than view this as a simple workout video, netizens have taken this as a sign that Michelle is preparing to compete in the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 pageant.

For instance, users @ninojshmgs and @lensbluh have already come up with a hashtag for Michelle, #ForDeeUniverse.

Meanwhile, users @piacatrionaph, @effy2793, @musikakoh, @markanthonyestrella126 all speculated openly in the comments, with one pointblank asking if the workout is “preparation for the upcoming Miss Universe Philippines 2022.”

Instagram user @iskolarngbayan123 jokingly promised that if Michelle were to compete in the pageant, he would abandon his favorite candidates, saying that Michelle deserves “the Universe.”

Perhaps the only people not speculating on Michelle's beauty pageant plans in the comments section are her fellow actresses Arra San Agustin and Max Collins, who commented “Hell yeah!!!!” and “Taray!!” respectively. Michelle Dee's latest project was the Heart Evangelista serye I Left My Heart in Sorsogon. According to her, her participation in the drama series was “so fulfilling and so nurturing.”
