News of flight attendant Christine Dacera's death at a year-end party held last December 31, 2020 has rocked the nation due to the gravity of the case and conflicting reports of the events that transpired that night.
When the names of the 11 suspects involved in the case were released, the country went on a social media manhunt to track these men down.
Former Boys Lockdown actor Ali King, who's friends with Christine in real life, was not a part of the list released earlier.
However, because of a video uploaded on the actor's TikTok account last November 30, 2020, where he was seen dancing with Christine, a few netizens have begun dragging his name into the controversial case.

Because of these serious allegations, Ali took to Twitter to denounce these claims and clear his name.
"Got these comments on Tiktok just because I'm friends with Tin Dacera and appeared in old TikTok videos with her. I love her and I was heartbroken to learn of her death.
"I was at home for the New Year and was nowhere near the hotel where she died yet people still managed to say these things to me. I hope we learn how to be responsible with what we say online and to educate ourselves first before making conclusions. #JusticeForChristineDacera," he wrote.

Ali's followers voiced their support for the actor, with some encouraging him to file a case against his accusers.
One of the suspects allegedly involved in the Christine Dacera case, Gregorio Angelo Rafael De Guzman, went on an interview with 24 Oras to relay his side of the story.
“Absurd po. Paano ba naging rape? Bakla po ako. Never po akong nakipagtalik sa babae ever in my life. Hindi ako natu-turn on ng babae.
“Nando'n po kami. Hindi namin iniwan si Tin. Until the end, hindi namin iniwan si Tin.
"Kaya ang sakit ng mga sinasabi nila. Hindi nila alam ang nangyari.
"Tumingin sila sa CCTV nando'n kami, sa police station, sa ospital, sa hotel,” he said.
Guzman's mother, OPM singer Claire Dela Fuente, also went on record to defend her son against these allegations.
“Wala ho kaming tinatago and I believe my son kasi tinawagan niya ako no'n, e.
"Sabi niya, 'Ma may situation dito. Parang patay na yata 'yung girl dito.'
“Bakla 'yung anak ko, e. Ang hirap i-admit pero alam ko 'yon matagal na bata pa siya. Kaya lang nagpapaka-disente siya.
“Nanginginig ako sa takot. Sana maging fair lang ang laban. Nag-e-expect kami na sana may fair play dito. We're seeking justice too for Tin,” she relayed.
Based on the reports, Christine was found lifeless at the City Garden Hotel in Makati City last January 1.
She was then rushed to the hospital but was declared "dead on arrival" because of ruptured aortic aneurysm.
Makati Police is currently investigating if there's foul play involved in the death of the flight attendant.
