If you are among the many ARMYs who were not able to secure tickets to the first solo tour of SUGA, fret not, because you still have a chance to experience the show!
BigHit Music, the record label of BTS, announced on Weverse that a live viewing of SUGA a.k.a Agust D's upcoming concert in Japan for his "D-Day Tour" will be available in cinemas worldwide.
“To enjoy D-DAY with as many ARMY as possible, we will be holding the SUGA | Agust D TOUR “D-DAY” in JAPAN : LIVE VIEWING,” it said.
No other details have been released yet, but the Japan show is scheduled on June 3 at 5:00 p.m. JST (4:00 p.m. in Manila) at the Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa.
“We look forward to ARMY's love and support,” the announcement added.
The news was released the same day the rapper-producer kicked-off his solo world tour in New York.
SUGA is currently on his first solo tour under his alter ego, Agust D. The tour has stops in the U.S., Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, and Japan.
The tour comes after the release of his album, D-Day, which marks the “concluding chapter of a trilogy by SUGA's another moniker, Agust D.”
As Agust D, he released two mixtapes in the past--Agust D in 2016 and D-2 in 2020.
SUGA will also make his solo late night show debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon next month.
