As the historical fantasy Chinese drama An Oriental Odyssey continues on GMA FantaSeries, Prince Aying proves to the king that he can be trustworthy.
Prince Aying begs for forgiveness as he admits to using black magic to enter the forbidden area of the Imperial Library. He explains that the only reason he did it was to help seek justice for Xiao Nan. The king, celebrating his birthday, sympathizes with him and forgives him wholeheartedly.
The king then requests the flowers Prince Aying and Prince Aheng were tasked to grow as a gift to him on his birthday. Prince Aying who failed to grow the flowers admitted to the king that he asked for Xiao Nan's help and once again begged for his forgiveness.
Prince Aheng, on the other hand, was asked by the king if he planted the flowers himself and said that he did. But it was later on revealed by the queen that none of the seeds she gave them were suitable for growing.
The king admitted that he secretly placed them to the test to figure out if they were trustworthy and credible enough. Finding out that Prince Aheng lied, the king feels betrayed and scolds him.
This further pushed Prince Aheng to the brink and plans to seek revenge on Aying. What harm will he cause Prince Aying again? Find out about this when you watch An Oriental Odyssey on GMA FantaSeries, Mondays to Fridays at 8:25 a.m.
