Jungkook also took over two other Billboard charts this week.

Jungkook of the Korean supergroup BTS made another historical career feat with his solo single, “Seven,” which featured American rapper Latto.

The hit summer song ranked first on multiple Billboard charts this week, including the Hot 100. This is Jungkook's first time to top the Hot 100 chart as a solo artist.

Jungkook joins BTS and his fellow member Jimin as the only Korean artists to clinch the top spot of the chart.

Aside from the Hot 100, “Seven” also debuted at No. 1 on the Global 200 and the Global Excluding U.S. charts for the week.

The “golden maknae" has amassed multiple records with “Seven” since it was first released on July 14.

As of this writing, the official music video of the chart-topping song, which starred Korean actress Han So-Hee, has garnered more than 102 million views on YouTube.

Jungkook is the voice behind the official 2022 FIFA World Cup song, “Dreamers.” He also collaborated with Charlie Puth for “Left and Right.”

He officially released on streaming platforms his self-composed songs, “Still With You” and “My You” prior to his solo debut.
