Isang heartwarming reunion ang pinagsaluhan ng magkaibigang Boy Abunda at Kris Aquino sa Amerika.

Sa Instagram ngayong Biyernes, October 27, ibinahagi ni Kris ang mga larawan ng nasabing emosyonal na pagkikita nila ni Boy kasama ang kaniyang anak na si Bimby at rumored partner niya na si Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste.

Kasalukuyang nasa Amerika si Kris para sa kaniyang pagpapagamot. Kuwento ng dating aktres at TV host sa kaniyang post, nasaksihan mismo ni Boy ang ilan sa ginagawa niyang gamutan.

Aniya, “Seriously it was a heartwarming reunion. Boy freaked because I needed a shot while he was here. And he really hates needles. Nagkuwento pa lang ako ng pinagdadaanan kong mga treatment at 'yung at least 18 pieces of vitamins, supplements, as well as medicine to help prevent my migraines and protect my liver because of my chemotherapy and of course my antihistamines.”

Paglalahad pa ni Kris, hindi napigilan ni Boy na maiyak sa kanilang muling pagkikita at masaksihan ang kaniyang siytwasyon.

“Parang the whole 3 hours Boy was here he was stopping himself from crying pero bumigay din siya talaga,” ani Kris.

Sa nasabing post, ikinuwento rin niya ang nangyaring impromptu interview para sa Kapuso journalist na si Jessica Soho kung saan nagsilbing cameraman si Mark.

Aniya, “And with my sincerest apology to @km_jessica_soho who is also in town, and had asked if it was possible to give her an interview- it was all impromptu using just my iPhone with @markleviste being our cameraman & Bimb asking the questions.”

Nagpapasalamat naman si Kris kay Boy para sa lahat ng ginawang tulong nito s akanilang pamilya.

Sulat ni Kris, “Boy never asked for anything pero sa laki ng utang na loob namin sa kanya, (the entire time he managed me for my endorsements as long as it was with my sons his commission was only from my 50%, buong buo for my 2 yung talent fee- lugi nga ako kasi yung 32-35% na tax sagot ko, bilin yun ng mom) binigay ko ng buong buo yung medyo naputol ng ilang beses na footage.”

Sa huling bahagi ng kaniyang post, nagbigay din ng birthday message si Kris para kay Boy na magdiriwang ng kaniyang kaarawan sa Linggo, October 29.

“Happy Birthday (Oct 29) to the keeper of all my secrets, the one who assured me that come what may he'll be there for my sons, and the friend who until now fights my battles with me. To my other brother, I love you completely,” ani Kris.

Samantala, maraming celebrities naman ang natuwa sa naturang reunion nina Kris at Boy, kabilang na ang aktres na si KC Concepcion.

“I love seeing this and you both! @boyabunda It was an honor to be able to share the stage together with the two of you for a moment in time in my career. Praying for you,” komento ni KC sa nasabing post.

Natuwa naman si Mark sa naging resulta ng kaniyang pagiging DOP. Komento niya, “DOP in the film and TV industries mean 'Director of Photography' a.k.a. Cinematographer or the person who operates the camera. Hindi raw ako puwedeng pagalitan dahil hindi naman ako expert or professional, pero sabi ni madame may potential.”

Matatandaan na matagal na nagkasama sina Boy at Kris sa maraming TV programs, kung saan nakilala si Boy bilang King of Talk, at Queen of all Media naman si Kris.

Isa rin si Boy sa mga taong malapit sa pamilya ni Kris. Sa katunayan, si Boy ang humahawak ng karera ng anak ni Kris na si Bimby.

Samantala, mapapanood naman si Boy sa kaniyang programa sa GMA na Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Lunes hanggang Biyernes, 4:45 p.m.
