"We have come to an amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp."

1Z Entertainment announced they have reached an agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp. regarding the issues with P-pop boy group SB19 on December 5.

According to its Facebook post, they have come to a decision through fair and equitable resolution.

The statement read, "We formally announce that we have come to an amicable agreement with ShowBT Philippines Corp. through a fair and equitable resolution. “Thank you for your patience and unwavering support toward SB19 and 1Z Entertainment. Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin eagerly anticipate reconnecting with all of you in their upcoming endeavors. We can't wait to see you all again soon,”

SB19 was under the talent management company ShowBT from their debut 2018 until June 2023

But due to internal conflicts between the company and the group, the famous boy band decided to leave the company and build their own agency "1Z Entertainment".

Recently their "PAGTATAG!World Tour" was canceled and postponed in some countries like Singapore, leaving fans to speculate its connection with the issues with their former company.
