Christian Bautista has a lot in store for his fans this year.

It's going to be a busy year for Asia's Romantic Balladeer Christian Baustisa because he has several projects, both locally and internationally, lined up for 2024.

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Christian teased some details about his current preparations in the coming months.

First, he revealed he's continuously writing and creating new songs and he's just waiting for the perfect time and project for their release.

"Actually, I'm writing more, collaborating more. Pipili lang kami ng the right project, the right song to start with," Christian said.

Christian is also well-known in Indonesia and the balladeer shared that he has upcoming projects in the country.

"Definitely creating new music and collaborations for Indonesia as well. Abangan n'yo rin kasi we're gonna announce in the next few months kung ano 'yung release namin doon," he said.

When asked about the idea of collaborating with Indonesian artists, Christian answered, "Always open for collabs sa Indonesia and here as well, or any international artists. It's nice kasi you both connect and create something very unique."

Besides Indonesian artists, the Kapuso singer also mentioned he wanted to collaborate with other international stars like Taylor Swift, Adele, and one of the Philippines' iconic artists, Lea Salonga.

Moreover, Christian also teased that he will be returning back to acting, starting with a small role in an upcoming project this year.

"I'm doing a role, a small role soon na lalabas rin in the next few months or maybe end of this year. So check it out," he said.

He was asked if he wanted to go back to theater. He answered "Definitely, kung may proper role, musical, or theater play. Definitely."

Christian is regularly seen every Sunday on GMA's weekend musical comedy show, All Out Sundays.
