SB19 PAGTATAG Documentary Film in Philippine cinemas

Phenomenal Pinoy boy band SB19 will be releasing a documentary film of their PAGTATAG! era, which will be shown in Philippine cinemas in August.

For a year, SB19 has been on a difficult yet inspiring journey with their PAGTATAG! album and concert tour.

SB19 launched their PAGTATAG! World Tour in June 2023, which comprised of 18 shows in the Philippines, United States, Canada, UAE, and Japan. The tour concluded with a back-to-back concert at Smart Araneta Coliseum on May 18 and 19.

The world tour was part of the promotion for their second EP, Pagtatag!, released on June 9, 2023. The album consists of six songs including their hit track, "GENTO."

In a Facebook post on Monday (May 20), SB19 released a teaser for their PAGTATAG! documentary film helmed by Jed Regala and produced by 1Z Entertainment & First Light Studios.

"SB19 has been through quite the journey with their PAGTATAG! era. From planning their comeback to overcoming internal challenges and establishing their own company, it's evident that they've truly embodied the spirit of resilience and determination," SB19 captioned the post.

"It's inspiring to see how they've faced these obstacles head-on and come back even stronger than before. Their journey reflects the essence of PAGTATAG, showcasing their ability to persevere and thrive despite the challenges they've encountered."

SB19 made their debut with their first single "Tilaluha" in October 2018, followed by their breakthrough dance track "Go Up" in July 2019.

Some of their hit songs are "MAPA," "Bazinga," "What?," "Alab," "Hanggang Sa Huli," "I Want You," "GENTO," and "Moonlight."
