
K-pop group TREASURE is surely ready for an intense comeback as they offer fans a sneak peek of their upcoming music video "KING KONG."
On May 22, the boy band released their highly anticipated teaser, showing the excitement and upgraded music video in store for fans.
Many Treasure Makers (TREASURE fans) happily noted several aspects of the group's comeback, including a teaser that showcased member Doyoung as the center.
Viewers were also thrilled by the video's quality, praising its elevated cinematography and stunning effects. With scenes teased from the music video, fans anticipated it will be filled with action and badass concepts.
Beyond the visuals, the song itself, coupled with the choreography, heightens anticipation for the full version among fans.
The teaser has already gained over 500K views and 85K likes, with the hashtag #TREASURE_KINGKONG trending on X (formerly known as Twitter), as fans couldn't stop talking about it.
In addition to their teaser video, TREASURE pleasantly surprised fans on Instagram by posting their individual concept posters.
The black and white pictures depicted the theme of a wanted poster, featuring each member's face, name, and birthdate.
Their highly anticipated song "KINGKONG" is scheduled to be released on May 28 at 6 p.m., Korean Standard Time.
It follows their last comeback in July 2023 with their second full-length album, REBOOT.
Aside from their comeback, TREASURE is treating fans to an unforgettable performance in Bangkok for their 2024 Relay Tour "REBOOT" in Asia. The group is currently staying in the country from May 23 to 26.
TREASURE kicked off their Asia tour in Manila on May 4 at the Mall of Asia Arena. They performed over 20 songs, including "Bona Bona," "Boy," "Hello," "Jikjin," "Move," "Wonderland," "B.O.M.B," "Thank You," "I Love You," and many more.
