Current reigning Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo is definitely making her dreams come true one at a time, with the latest one being interviewed by the King of Talk, Boy Abunda.
In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, Chelsea posted multiple photos of her at the GMA Network building as well as one with Boy Abunda himself on the set of Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
In the caption to the post, Chelsea shared that she initially thought that her interview with Boy Abunda would be nerve wracking but instead found the experience to be “fun and light.” Aside from thanking Boy, Chelsea also wrote that the interview was a ticked item on her bucket list.
The interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda is one of the first activities Chelsea took part in after being crowned Miss Universe Philippines. Thanks to the support of her team and her loyal fans, Chelsea was able to push through and win the competition, prompting her to pen a sincere note of gratitude to all of them on her Instagram account.
Chelsea thanked her parents for being her pillar of strength and inspiration, while she called her Bulacan team her heroes as they overcame the challenges she faced with “magic, kindness and generosity.”
Chelsea also had kind words to say to her fellow competitors, who she said allowed her to find her “home away from home.” Finally, she thanked her supporters who she said reminded her to believe in herself because they believed in her.
