Sa unang pagkakataon, gagawa ng teleserye ang aktor na si Tony Labrusca sa GMA.

Kabilang siya sa cast ng upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime series na Binibining Marikit na pagbibidahan ng beauty queen at aktres na si Herlene Budol.

"I'm super excited. Actually, gusto ko makatrabaho si Herlene Budol, matagal ko na s'ya gusto makatrabaho. Grateful ako kay Lord na binigyan n'ya ako ng chance and dito pa sa GMA which I'm really grateful that they gave me the opportunity to work here. I'm excited because this is my first. I'm excited to see din kung paano matatanggap ng tao itong first show ko dito, and sana magusthan nila 'yung project kasi cute s'ya," bahagi ni Tony sa panayam ng GMANetwork.com sa story conference ng Binibining Marikit ngayong Biyernes, October 11.

Aabangan kung ano ang role ni Tony sa teleserye, na idederehe ni Jorron Lee Monroy.

Aniya, "Heavily dependent ako sa direktor ko pagdating sa preparation. Usually kung ano 'yung gusto nila, ginagawa ko. Honestly, nag-struggle ako na buhayin 'yung character ko na mag-isa lang ako so ayon. It's my first time working with Direk Jorron. I'm really excited to see how my character will be na bubuuin ko with him and with the creatives."

Nang tanungin namin si Tony kung saang Kapuso project pa niya nais mapabilang, sinabi niyang wala siyang partikular na gustong gawin dahil naniniwala siyang kusang dadating ang offer sa kanya kung inilaan ito sa kanya.

Ika niya, "You never know where life could take you. I just want to believe na whatever's meant to be yours, will always be yours. So nangyari ito for a reason, I'm very happy and excited, and graceful."

Makakasama ni Tony sa Binibining Marikit sina Pokwang, Cris Villanueva, Almira Muhlach, Thea Tolentino, Dr. Rob Walcher, Ashley Rivera, John Feir, Jeff Moses, at Migs Almendras.
