'Moneyslapper' is part of this year's QCinema International Film Festival.
Kapuso actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith stars in a new movie titled Moneyslapper alongside versatile actors John Lloyd Cruz and Mercedes Cabral.
On Instagram, Jasmine proudly shared the full trailer of the movie, which will premiere in November as part of the QCinema International Film Festival.
Produced by Paraláya Studio in collaboration with Plan B and Dumpsite Gallery, Moneyslapper tells the story of Daniel (John Lloyd), who leaves his small town after a life-changing lottery win.
Five years later, he returns, searching for redemption. As his journey unfolds, we dive deep into his quest for meaning, peeling back the layers of his past one by one.
QCinema International Film Festival will run from November 8 to 17 in selected cinemas.
Jasmine currently portrays Cristy in the GMA Prime series Asawa Ng Asawa Ko, airing Mondays to Thursdays, 9:35 p.m.
