Nagsama-sama ang mga bigating K-pop solo artists at groups sa 2024 Korea Grand Music Awards.
Itinanghal ang mga nanalo sa 2024 Korea Grand Music Awards, at kasama na rito si BTS member V (Kim Taehyung) at ang K-pop girl group na UNIS.
Naiuwi ni BTS member V ang Trend of the Year Award bilang K-pop Solo. Kasama ni V sa grupo sina Jungkook, J-Hope, Jimin, Suga, RM, at Jin.
Kamakailan lamang, ibinahagi ni V sa isang Hollywood publication ang plano nitong mag-cover ng "White Christmas" kasama si Bing Crosby.
Samantalang, ang grupong UNIS (Hyeonju, Nana, Gehlee, Kotoko, Yunha, Elisia, Yoona, Seowon) ay nanalo ng Trend of the Year Award bilang K-pop group.
