Several Kapuso celebrities and programs also received recognitions.
Humakot ang GMA Network, ilang Kapuso programs at celebrities kabilang na sina David Licauco at Sanya Lopez sa naganap na 10th Platinum Stallion National Media Awards.
Ang Platinum Stallion National Media Awards ay taunang parangal ng Trinity University of Asia Media and Communication Department na kumikilala sa mga indibidwal at mga institusyon na may mahahalagang kontribusyon sa industriya ng media at communication.
Sa post ng Platinum Stallion Media Awards sa Facebook,nakasaad na extra special ang parangal ngayong taon dahil ipinagdiriwang nila ang isang dekada ng pagbibigay-pugay sa mga indibidwal at organisasyon na humuhugis sa kahihinatnan ng media.
“From television to radio and film to digital media, our winners have demonstrated unmatched dedication and passion,” sulat nila sa kanilang post.
Pagpapatuloy pa ng nasabing award-giving body, “You've earned this recognition through the support of the entire university, who voted to honor your hard work. Your talents are not only recognized but will continue to impact the media industry for years to come.”
Para sa TV and News, hinirang ang GMA Network bilang TV Station of the Year, habang nabiyayaan naman ang GMA Regional TV ng Regional TV Network of the Year award. Samantala, naibigay din sa 24 Oras ang Best TV News program.
Samantala, hinirang din si Vicky Morales bilang Female News Anchor of the Year para sa 24 Oras, habang si Atom Araullo naman ay nabigyan ng Male News Anchor of the Year award para sa State of the Nation.
Kinilala naman ang Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho bilang Best News Magazine Program of the Year, at ang Wish Ko Lang bilang Best Public Service Program. Nabigyan din ang I-Witness ng Best Documentary TV Show award.
Kinilala rin ang morning show na Unang Hirit bilang Best Morning Show, at si Martin Javier bilang Best TV Sports Program Host.

Sa Entertainment, humakot din ang historical drama series na Pulang Araw ng awards nang hirangin ang programa bilang Best Primetime Drama Series at Socially Relevant TV Series.
Kinilala naman ang mga bida nitong sina David Licauco bilang Best Primetime Drama Actor, Sanya Lopez bilang Best Primetime Drama Series Actress, Epy Quizon bilang Best Primetime Supporting Actor, at Rochelle Pangilinan bilang Best Primetime Supporting Actress.
Nakuha naman ni Rayver Cruz ang TV Actor of the Year award para sa serye nilang Asawa ng Asawa Ko.
Para sa Radio, ibinigay din ang AM Radio Station of the Year award sa Super Radyo DZBB. Samantala, sa Digital and Innovative Media, nakuha naman ni 'Balota' star Esnyr ang Social Media Personality of the Year award.
