Miss World Philippines Krishnah Gravidez' booth at the Panagbenga Festival benefitted daycare centers in Baguio City.
Miss World Philippines Krishnah Gravidez is feeling more than just “deeply moved” after the successful run of her non-government organization (NGO)'s selling booth during this year's Session Road in Bloom event at the Panagbenga Festival.
In one of the more recent posts on her Instagram account, Krishnah posted multiple photos of her and the buyers at the Colors of Kindness booth at the event. The booth was the first charity-driven one in the event and its proceeds directly support daycare centers in Baguio City.
In the caption to the post, Krishnah wrote that she was touched at how each person who visited the booth brought “light, kindness, and inspiration” and that their words were something that she would bring with her to the 72nd Miss World Festival.
Colors of Kindness' participation in the Session Road in Bloom event was first announced by the Miss World Philippines organization on their Instagram account last month.
The daycare centers that benefited from the booth were the ones that Krishnah visited back in January, which she documented on her Instagram account. In the caption to the post, Krishnah also announced that Colors of Kindness was now accepting donations and financial help for the daycare centers. Donations sent will be used to acquire educational toys, books, bookshelves, tables, mini chairs, and whiteboards.
The Miss World Philippines official Instagram account had earlier posted an Instagram Story showing Krishnah meeting with an officer of the local government unit of Brgy. Irisan, Baguio City.
Aside from her work with the Baguio local government unit, Krishnah also took part in Pawchella, a benefit concert organized by NGO Pawssion Project.
Krishnah will be the country's representative to the 72nd Miss World Festival which will be held from May 7th to 31st in Telangana, India.
