Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo will headline a new series on GMA this year.
Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo's upcoming GMA series is finally materializing after it was announced during the former's contract renewal with GMA last January.
The new TV show has started its production, as seen on Arthur Solinap's Instagram post on Monday, March 10.
The actor shared snaps from the set of the new series on the first day of their filming.
It showed the upcoming Kapuso show's other cast members such as Glydel Mercado, Patricia Coma, Kiel Rodriguez, and Matthew Uy, with Jennylyn as the female lead. Glydel and Patricia will appear in the series as guest artists.
In the same post, it teased the Ultimate Star's character as a policewoman.
Kiel, on the other hand, gave a sneak peek on his and his other co-actors' characters.
"Police muna tayo ngayon! Soon on GMA," he captioned his post.
Joining the squad are Allen Dizon, Joross Gamboa, John Vic De Guzman, and Dennis in the male lead role. It will also feature Nova Villa, Liezel Lopez, Roi Vinzon, Al Tantay, Sam Pinto, Marina Benipayo, and Seb Pajarillo.
The new TV drama is Jennylyn and Dennis's first TV series as a married couple. It will be aired as part of GMA Prime this year. It is directed by LA Madridejos and produced by GMA Entertainment Group.
