And the R&B artist got to try authentic Filipino food!

International R&B artists Ne-yo and Kelly Rowland headlined the opening of a gaming and entertainment resort in Paranaque.
 
The former Destiny’s Child singer performed her hit single 'Dilemma' while Ne-yo sang 'Closer, Give Me Everything' and 'Let Me Love You.'
 
In an interview with 24 Oras, Ne-yo, who was on his third visit to the Philippines, revealed how ecstatic he is to be back.
 
The Grammy-award winning singer said, “The people are super duper nice. Everyone I’m seeing here are absolutely beautiful. I might have to find, love a Filipino girl before I leave, who knows.”

Ne-yo also treated himself in trying out Filipino comfort food like inihaw, leche flan and turon.

“It was good, it was fantastic. I wanted to try something kinda authentic and yeah, it was good I gotta say,” he gushed.
 
He also enjoyed the weather in the country, saying, “It’s nice and warm right here. It’s cold in the States right now so it’s good to come. I didn’t even pack right. I packed wrong, I got sweaters. I had to go get some stuff.”
 
Ne-Yo first visited the country for an Asian Tour in 2008. His second visit was for his concert held in 2010.
