On October 11, 2020, Pia Wurtzbach's younger sister, Sarah, shocked netizens after expressing her frustrations towards her family members on social media.
The series of posts revealed Sarah's ill feelings towards the former beauty queen and their mother, Cheryl Alonzo Tyndall, whom she described as a “narcissistic mom.”
Sarah then issued an apology a day later for her outbursts, citing that being silenced for many years “takes a toll on you.”
A month later, their mother Cheryl posted a video on YouTube that expressed her side of the story and said she still believes that her daughter loves her despite resentment.
