IN PHOTOS: Thea Astley, the next big thing

Thea Astley is 'The Clash' Season 2's first runnerup. In the said season. Jeremiah Tiangco was declared the winner.
Raised in Qatar, Thea moved to the Philippines by herself in 2018 after finishing high school with the intention of taking up Political Science at Ateneo De Manila University. Her plans changed when she decided to try her luck in 'The Clash' which later became her baptism of fire in showbiz.
She then proved that her decision to reside in the country is right because of the opportunities that the singing competition has given her.
Thea may not have won the competition, but her talent was noticed by GMA Artist Center which offered her to take care of her blossoming career.
Besides being a singer, Thea is regarded as a total performer which led her to become a mainstay in the GMA weekly variety show 'All-Out Sunday,' sharing the spotlight with some of the country's biggest stars like Lani Misalucha, Aicelle Santos, and Julie Anne San Jose.
