Talent manager Shirley Kuan dismissed model and TV host Georgina Wilson from her agency due to breach-of-contract, and the Philippine Association of Managers, Inc. (PAMI) supports her decision.

Kuan filed a complaint against Wilson after the latter closed an endorsement deal with mobile phone brand Samsung without her knowledge.

“Samsung is run by unprofessional executives,” Kuan said, adding, Samsung called her office and asked for Georgina’s rate card.

She didn’t hear back from them, but her former talent and the said company closed the deal behind her back.

Furthermore, Kuan narrated this isn’t the first time Wilson had done such a thing since she also signed a contract with a TV show in Singapore without telling her.

Meanwhile, the Filipina-British endorser refused to give her side on the issue, “I’ll have my lawyer comment on that.”

PAMI released an official statement last April 24, “In a recent PAMI meeting, Shirley Kuan filed a formal complaint to the PAMI regarding the unprofessional conduct of Georgina Wilson.”

They will strictly implement a sanction for the supermodel, “After deliberation, PAMI expresses its support for Shirley Kuan and strongly condemns the unacceptable act of disrespect of Ms. Wilson.”
