Upgrade your regular fried chicken to Chef Boy Logro's buttery recipe. 


Procedure:

1. Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Add egg and mix.



2. Put cornstarch and mix well to coat chicken.
3. Heat oil and deep-fry chicken in batches until golden brown.


 
4. In a pan, melt butter and fry garlic. Put chicken and mix well to coat with butter.   


 
5. Put in a serving dish and sprinkle fried garlic bits on top for garnish.
