Follow Yoo Se-poong, the best acupuncturist in the palace, as he discovers new ways to heal without using his needles in acupuncture.
After Yoo Se-yeop was thrown out of the palace, he traveled the world and was saved by Seo Eun-woo, played by Kim Hyang-gi, a young girl who married an older man. However, her in-laws blamed her for her husband's death which pushed her to almost commit suicide until Se-yeop saved her.
Now, Seo Eun-woo decides to train as a medical practitioner in order to help more people.
