In his Instagram post last week, Joey Marquez's son greeted the Kapuso star on her birthday saying, "Happy birthday to the love of my life. My soon to be wife @gwenzamora."
The couple have known each other for five years before they got together early this year. Jeremy currently serves as Parañaque City councilor while Gwen is taking a break after the successful run of her Afternoon Prime drama, My Mother's Secret. The two recently went on a trip to Hong Kong with friends to celebrate Gwen's 24th birthday.
