GMA Chairman and CEO Atty. Felipe L. Gozon marked his 84th birthday with a grand celebration held on Saturday, December 9, at the Isla Ballroom of EDSA Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong.

This is an important event in the GMA head's career as he announced his retirement as the Chief Executive Officer of the country's leading multimedia conglomerate for 23 years.
Effective January 1, 2024, GMA President and Chief Operating Officer Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr. will assume the role of CEO while Atty. Gozon will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and Adviser to the corporation.
