As in blanko ako,” the Bulakeño admitted.

Katrina, who was a StarStruck contestant herself, empathized with James, and wished him well.

Jackie Lou also lauded the efforts of the artista hopeful, pointing out his willingness to learn.

“There are other young actors kasi na ‘pag, let’s say, pinagsabihan mo [ng] ‘Galaw ka ng galaw,’ the more they get rattled, or iba 'yung umiiyak. [Si James], nakikinig siya. ‘A sige, sorry po, sige I’ll do it again.’ Willing naman siyang matuto kasi nakikita mo naman 'yun eh,” the veteran actress said.

The seventeen-year-old promised to take the challenge as a lesson and made sure that he’ll remember the test in good light.

Nakakatuwa. Parang wow, artista na. Nakakalungkot [din] kasi hindi ko nabigay best ko [so] lesson sa ‘kin ‘to,” he declared.
