Mel Tiangco signs another exclusive contract with GMA Network

24 Oras news anchor, #MPK host, and GMA Kapuso Foundation founder and ambassador will continue her journey as a Kapuso.
The veteran journalist and broadcaster renewed her contract with GMA Network today, April 2, 2024.
"Iba talaga 'pag nadadama mo or ipinapadama sa 'yo 'yung value mo sa kumpanya. Iba talaga 'pag nalalaman mong mahalaga ka and that is how GMA has made me feel all of these years," she said.
Fondly called Tita Mel, she first joined GMA Network in 1996 and has been a proud Kapuso for 28 years.
She is glad to be able to continue her work, especially with the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
"Ako man din po ay nagpapasalamat sa inyo dahil sa mga opportunities that had opened to me because of my stay in GMA. Ang pinakamabigat nga sa lahat nya ay ang pagtatatag ng GMA Kapuso Foundation. 'Yun na 'yung pinakamabigat talaga. Bakit? Kasi ibang klaseng trabaho 'yun eh. Napakasarap na nagtratabaho ka na, nabibiyayaan ka pa sa langit," she explained.
